If a background check is needed, once the WIAA receives the background check results, the application will be processed.Note: High school students are not required to complete the background check. Once the application is received, you will receive an email from the WIAA indicating that you need to complete the Authorization Form for a Background Check (there will be a link in the email to this form).If choosing more than 2 sports, each additional sport's rule book will have to be paid for by the student.
